Return & Cancellation Policy

At Kalamkari Block Prints, we are committed to ensuring you are delighted with your purchase. We take great care in checking and photographing every product for quality before it is dispatched. Should you need to make a return or cancellation, please review our policy below.

Returns

We offer easy returns within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused, unworn, and undamaged condition.
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please email us at info@kalamkariblockprints.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We advise you to send the return shipment only through our registered shipping partner to avoid any loss in transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received, it will undergo a Quality Check.

  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 working days.
  • If the product does not pass the quality check, we reserve the sole discretion to decide on the refund.

Reasons for Return & Shipping Costs

  1. Manufacturing Defect or Incorrect Item: If you received a defective or wrong product, we sincerely apologize. We will cover the full cost of return shipping, and upon request, dispatch the correct item to you.
  2. Other Returns (Customer Choice): If you are returning an item for reasons other than a defect or error on our part, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both the original shipping and the return shipping). This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Please Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For international orders, any international transaction charges are also non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale Items: All items purchased on sale are considered final sale.
  • “Non-Returnable” Products: Certain items are marked as “Non-Returnable” on their product detail page. Please check the product page for eligibility.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at info@kalamkariblockprints.com with your order number.

We are unable to accept cancellation requests after an order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please carefully inspect your package upon delivery. If you believe the package has been damaged in transit or tampered with, do not accept the delivery. Please notify the courier and contact us immediately at info@kalamkariblockprints.com so we can address the issue.
