Refund Policy
At Kalamkari Block Prints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
Returns & Exchanges:
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item is defective or if the wrong product has been dispatched. You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original, unworn, undamaged, and unmarked condition. The product must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
Some products are specified as “Non-Returnable” on the product detail page. Please check the product details to see if the item is eligible for return.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned product passes the quality check. If the returned product does not meet our quality standards, we reserve the right to refuse the return, exchange, or refund.
Sale Items:
Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is made where there is no fault on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, both to and from our facility. Any refund issued will be minus the shipping charges.
For international orders, the customer will also bear any international transaction fees.
Return Process:
We recommend returning items through our registered shipping partner to ensure they are properly tracked. We are not responsible for lost items if they are sent via other carriers.
Damaged or Tampered Packages:
Before accepting delivery, please check that the packaging is intact and in good condition. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept it. Immediately contact us at info@kalamkariblockprints.com.
Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order before it ships. If you’ve already paid for your order, we will process a full refund as soon as possible. To cancel, email us at info@kalamkariblockprints.com with your order number.
Partial Order Cancellations/Returns:
You can cancel or return part of your order by contacting us at info@kalamkariblockprints.com with your order details. We’ll guide you through our standard return/refund/cancellation process.
Please Note:
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements for sale products, as these are final sale items.
